Ingredients:
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
2 cups chicken stock
1 cup wild rice
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1 bay leaf
8 oz sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
Place chicken breasts at the bottom of crock pot, add butter.
Pour in wild rice.
In mixing bowl mix together all dry ingredients and pour into crock pot, add minced garlic and bay leaf.
Pour in milk and chicken stock. Stir everything and cover.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours, add in mushrooms the last 30 minutes of cook time.
